Hospital Preparedness Council of North Texas is a non-profit 501c3 corporation made up of regional hospital administrators and emergency preparedness personnel. The HPCNTX group was formed for the sole purpose of assisting hospitals in the region with being better prepared to respond to disasters.

HPCNTX is also the grant administrator for the Hospital Preparedness Grants for FY08 in Trauma Service Area C and D.
Made up of 36 OASPR participating hospitals, The region covers a wide range of hospital types from Level 1 trauma to state operated hospitals.
Our Mission is to provide member hospitals with the tools and information that they need to be better prepared when a disaster strikes. Through better training and education, allows regional hospitals to set the standard for disaster preparedness in healthcare.
